What is the certain weight that my carry-on bag must be?
I need to know what the weight of a "carry-on bag" has to be in order to take it on a plane.
It depends on the airline and where you are. Virgin America allows up to 16 lbs, other airlines have higher limits and some don't limit weight at all. Here in Europe, they're more likely to weigh the carry-on bags, but I've had that done less than half the time when I check in. 20 or 25 kilos are common limits here.
